How to reset your LegacyApp password: a short step-by-step guide

1. Click HERE to go to the "Forgot my password" page.
2. Enter the email address linked to your personal Google Drive or Apple iCloud account whcih contains your backup. If you’re unsure which email account you used when setting up your LegacyApp account, the simplest way to check this is to search your mailboxes for any messages sent by "@legacyapp.rip". Your email account that has received messages from our LegacyApp email address is the one linked to your LegacyApp account.
3. LegacyApp will send you an email containing a unique link to create a new password. Follow the link to set up a new password.
4. Now open LegacyApp and enter the email address linked to your LegacyApp account and the new password you just set up.
